Measure the VEVOR and its cable ports

Measure the base, handle, front connectors and clearance for the torch. Leave access to the power switch and polarity controls. Keep the cable route away from the casters.

A cart is not a substitute for a stable bench. If the machine has a high center or a narrow base, use a wider wheel track and a retaining lip.

Weld a simple square frame

Cut two side rectangles, check their diagonals and tack opposite corners. Keep the machine loaded only after the frame sits flat and the casters are rated above the planned load.

Confirm the selected voltage and process before test welding. For the VEVOR, find the exact manual rather than assuming every 4-in-1 bundle has the same accessories.

Plan gas, heat and storage

Do not weld a cylinder into the cart. Provide a separate, upright cylinder restraint designed for the cylinder and keep it away from heat and impact.

Add hooks for cables and a small tray for tips, not a loose pile that can fall into the arc. Test the cart on a flat floor before using it under the welder.
