Find the exact manual first

The VEVOR 160A 4-in-1 is sold with several processes and a dual-voltage input. Use the manual for the exact SKU to identify the input current, breaker, plug, polarity and duty-cycle table.

Do not rely on a marketplace title alone. If the exact manual cannot be located, stop rather than guessing at a household circuit.

Keep the processes separate

MIG and flux-core share a wire-feed path but differ in gas and polarity. Stick uses electrodes and a holder. Lift TIG adds a torch, tungsten, gas and filler.

Disconnect power before changing the torch, drive roll or polarity. Keep gas cylinders upright and secured, and verify the regulator is correct for the gas.

Check stability and ventilation

Place the machine and workpiece on a stable surface, route cables away from heat and sharp edges, and keep the work area clear of trip hazards.

Open the garage and use local exhaust near the weld plume. Stop if the machine smells hot, the cable or plug is damaged, or anyone develops exposure symptoms.
